Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities to inform strategic decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for C-suite executives
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements compliant with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and cost management
- Present complex financial insights through executive dashboards and stakeholder briefings
- Identify revenue enhancement opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain financial databases and ensure data integrity across reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in healthcare or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC filings, and healthcare regulatory environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
