Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Monitor budget performance and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models and business cases
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification highly desirable
