Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and executive summaries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Macros, and complex formulas.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Blackline) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
