Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Prepare detailed financial models and reports for leadership review
- Support month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend operational efficiency improvements
- Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to stakeholders
- Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
