Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting and expense tracking processes
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Support due diligence activities for potential investments and acquisitions
- Automate reporting workflows using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate or advisory setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a flexible work environment
- Preferred: CFA certification or MBA
