Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic planning and investment analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports with KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
