Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to monitor performance against budgets and identify key trends.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to present complex data clearly.
- Assist in the budgeting process and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or related business roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
- Experience with SQL and/or data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
