Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and strategic planning
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Present financial insights to senior leadership through clear visualizations
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
