Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our growing team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for providing deep insights into our financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement across the organization.
- Develop forecasts: Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare reports: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership to communicate financial health.
- Monitor budgets: Track departmental spending against budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Support audits: Assist internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial records.
- Process optimization: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and propose solutions to enhance accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data sets and translate complex numbers into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
