Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted targets, providing actionable recommendations.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and professional financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Modeling: Build complex financial models to support business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and capital allocation decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance data accuracy through automation.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with financial modeling software or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
- Analytics: Strong ability to analyze large datasets; experience with SQL or Power BI is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA designation preferred.
