Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual comparisons.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial forecasts and operational budgets.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret financial data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial models and ensure data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
