Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multiple departments
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational improvements and cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
