Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business growth initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with commentary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation
- Lead ad-hoc projects including ROI analysis and market trend evaluation
- Maintain and enhance financial databases using SQL and Excel
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
