Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and executive presentations.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to track performance against targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry trend analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present them clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a flexible schedule.
