Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for HNW clients with $500k+ investable assets
- Execute multi-asset investment strategies including equities, alternatives, and retirement planning
- Cultivate referral networks through industry events and community leadership
- Leverage CRM tools to manage 50+ active client relationships
- Meet quarterly revenue targets through strategic portfolio management
- Stay current on SEC/FINRA regulations and tax code updates
Qualifications
- 7+ years of financial advisory experience with FINRA Series 7/66 licenses
- Proven track record of $1M+ annual production
- CFA or CFP designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for high-stakes client meetings
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Orion) and portfolio analytics
- Strong network within Nevada's business community
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
