Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning
- Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation analysis
- Monitor KPIs and market conditions to inform strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
