Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-financial stakeholders.
