Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families, including retirement, estate, and risk management strategies.
- Manage and grow a personal book of business through proactive prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide timely investment advice and portfolio adjustments.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to assess financial health and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including tax and legal specialists, to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Maintain strict compliance with all FINRA, SEC, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Valid Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses required; Series 65 or 66 preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial sales, brokerage, or wealth management is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
