Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Process weekly payroll and ensure timely tax compliance
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee account reconciliations for 15+ client portfolios
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for client efficiency
- Collaborate with tax preparers for quarterly filings
- Provide financial insights to support client growth strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or Bookkeeper certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience with multi-client portfolios
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
