Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets and P&L reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and intercompany accounts.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close process.
- Prepare and file various corporate tax returns and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
