Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare invoices and manage vendor communications
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines in a remote environment
- QuickBooks certification preferred (not required)
