Responsibilities
- Perform accurate daily bookkeeping and financial record maintenance for the weekend shift.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all internal financial policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the full-time finance team to resolve discrepancies and audit findings.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
