Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Implement and improve AP automation systems using NetSuite
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging analysis
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and payment processing regulations
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Experience with international payments and currency conversions
- Proven track record of implementing process automation
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
