Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients and the company.
- Process and reconcile daily bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and bill payment.
- Prepare and organize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform basic data entry and filing to support the finance department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
