Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactionsReconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Support tax preparation documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
