Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers.
- Enter and categorize business transactions into our accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel).
- Process payroll support and vendor invoices.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding account inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
- No prior accounting experience required; on-the-job training provided.
