Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets and P&L reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and timely.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and assist with external audits.
- Support the budgeting process by tracking variances and providing analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 2-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal control procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
