Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Organize and file financial documents according to compliance standards
- Support tax preparation efforts with organized documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and updates
- Learn and implement industry-specific accounting practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
