Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online software
- Process accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Generate financial reports for client review and analysis
- Support month-end closing procedures under senior guidance
- Communicate financial insights to non-accounting team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
