Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciling bank statements.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize financial documents.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior bookkeeping experience required—we provide the training!
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
