Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accurate data entry and account reconciliation.
- Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Support the monthly bank reconciliation process and expense reporting.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both digital and physical.
- Assist senior accountants with monthly financial reporting and audit preparation.
- Utilize accounting software to track transactions and generate basic reports.
Qualifications
- No prior bookkeeping experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a professional work ethic.
