Responsibilities
- Process and post daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and supporting the month-end close procedures.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) to input and track financial data efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of math and accounting principles (training provided for the right candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
