Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Manage and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Utilize accounting software to track income and expenditures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
