- Support Payroll: Help process payroll by verifying time sheets and preparing necessary documentation.
- Software Proficiency: Learn and utilize industry-standard accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Filing & Documentation: Organize physical and digital financial files to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Basic Reporting: Generate and review basic financial reports to assist senior accountants in decision-making.
- Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking company expenses and categorizing them correctly for tax purposes.
Qualifications
