Responsibilities

  • General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage vendor relations, and ensure timely payments while tracking incoming payments.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist in processing weekly payroll for staff members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications
