Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices and manage vendor communications.
- Prepare and organize monthly financial reports and general ledgers.
- Support the payroll process and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Review expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in financial data.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel highly desirable.
- Willingness to learn industry-standard accounting software (training provided).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
