- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks software for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare sales tax filings and other regulatory documents
- Collaborate with senior staff on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
