Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using QuickBooks Online
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial report preparation
- Process payroll data and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Organize and maintain digital financial documentation using secure cloud systems
- Support tax preparation by compiling financial data for CPA review
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding financial inquiries and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
