Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and expense tracking
- Assist with sales tax filings and year-end audits
- Support client financial analysis and cash flow optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
