Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with tax preparation teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for client portfolios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial controls
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
