Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary accounts monthly
- Assist in preparing financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings with guidance
- Support audits by organizing financial documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate financial updates clearly to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and bookkeeping fundamentals
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
