Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and within SLA deadlines
- Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounts payable experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
