Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP system
- Manage payment cycles including ACH/wire processing
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Prepare month-end closing reports for AP metrics
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication across time zones
- Ability to thrive in self-directed remote environment
