Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements within established guidelines
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers to general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
