Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist auditors with the collection and organization of financial documentation.
- Perform routine data entry and verification of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
