Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable processing and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the external audit process by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing for corporate entities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
