Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare basic financial statements and budget reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense audits.
- Support the accounting team with data entry and document management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a CPA).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internships accepted).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP preferred).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
