Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Support the tax department with documentation and filing requirements.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) to maintain accurate records.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in the resolution of discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication skills.
