In this role, you will support our senior accounting team in maintaining financial accuracy, processing transactions, and preparing reports. We provide the mentorship and tools you need to grow into a qualified CPA or Financial Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision.
- Assist in the organization and filing of financial records and documentation.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to input and verify data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior professional accounting experience required; we train all new hires.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
