Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records and ledgers.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and compile basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and schedules using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with general office accounting duties and audit preparations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional accounting experience required; we value potential over experience.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
